Megaphone voice effect
Make your voice sound like it's coming through a bullhorn or PA speaker. The filter cuts bass and treble, then adds grit and a short echo. Turn up the strength for more distortion and echo.

Make dialogue sound like a bullhorn
Try a clean voice recording for an announcement, a game character or a scene set in a crowd. The filter removes frequencies below 500 Hz and above 4,000 Hz, then compresses the voice to give it a focused, projected sound.
Start at 50% strength and compare with the original. Increasing strength adds more distortion and a short 65-millisecond echo. At 0%, the filtering and compression remain, so that setting still changes the voice. Background noise in the source will also pass through the effect; this tool does not isolate speech.
To keep just one announcement, trim the recording first. For a voice over a radio with optional static and a beep, use Radio Effect. Always keep the unprocessed recording for later edits.
