Terms of Service

Effective

These Terms explain how you can use TinyAudioTools at tinyaudiotools.com. They are available free of charge before you process audio. You can save or print this page using your browser.

1. Contact us

You can contact us about the service, these Terms, complaints or privacy at privacy@tinyaudiotools.com.

2. What the tools provide

Our audio tools let you edit, convert, trim, compress and measure audio, or apply effects. Each tool's page describes its settings, supported output formats and limitations. The maximum input file size is 100 MB.

The tools are free to use. There is no account, subscription or payment requirement. Advertising may support the service. Optional analytics, session replay and advertising consent are managed separately, as explained in our Privacy Policy.

You need an internet connection, a current browser with JavaScript enabled, a readable audio file and enough device memory and storage for playback and downloads. Browser support for previewing some audio formats varies.

3. Starting and ending a request

Choose your audio and settings, review these Terms, then press the tool's processing button to request immediate processing under these Terms. An individual service agreement starts when our server accepts your processing request. It ends when the result is delivered or the request ends with an error. There is no continuing subscription.

You can stop using the site at any time by closing the page. A request already sent may continue on our server until it finishes or times out, after which its temporary files are deleted. Closing the page may prevent you from receiving the result.

4. Your audio and permitted use

You retain your rights in your audio. You give us only the permission needed to receive, temporarily store and process it, and return the result to you. Uploading a recording does not give us permission to publish it or use it in advertising.

Only upload material you are entitled to process. This includes any necessary copyright permissions and permission to use other people's voices or personal information. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the input and result respects those rights and applicable law.

Do not submit unlawful content or malicious files, disrupt the service, overload it deliberately or attempt to access files or systems without authorisation. We may reject unsupported or invalid files and requests that breach these rules, exceed technical limits or cannot be handled safely.

5. Temporary files and privacy

Audio is uploaded to our server when you run a tool. We delete temporary input and output files when the processing request finishes. We do not provide a file archive or a public audio library. Keep your original recording and save any result you want to retain before leaving the page.

The Privacy Policy explains personal data, cookies and your choices. Using a tool or accepting these Terms does not itself give consent to optional analytics, session replay or personalised advertising.

6. Results and availability

Audio conversion and effects can change or remove detail. Compression may not achieve every requested size, and loudness measurements or settings do not guarantee acceptance by a streaming platform or broadcaster. Check the result before relying on it and keep a separate original.

We aim to provide working tools as described on their pages. Processing can fail because of an unsupported file, a timeout, connection problems or limited server capacity. Maintenance or faults may interrupt availability. If a tool fails, you can retry or contact us using the complaints process below.

7. Questions and complaints

Send complaints by email using the address in section 1. Describe the tool, approximately when the problem occurred, what went wrong and the resolution you would like. Include an email address for our reply. You do not need to send a private recording to make a complaint.

We will respond within 14 calendar days of receiving a complaint. If we need more information to investigate, we will explain what is needed in that response. Making a complaint is free and does not prevent you from exercising any legal remedy available to you.

8. Consumer rights and responsibility

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including applicable consumer rights concerning digital services and their conformity with the agreement. Responsibility for loss or damage is determined by applicable law.

If applicable law gives you a right to withdraw from an agreement, you can exercise it by sending a clear statement to the email address in section 1 within the applicable period. Requesting immediate processing does not by itself waive any mandatory right. We charge no cancellation or withdrawal fee.

9. Applicable law and disputes

These Terms are governed by Polish law. If you are a consumer, this choice does not deprive you of mandatory protections under the law of your usual place of residence where those protections apply. Disputes may be brought before the courts that have jurisdiction under applicable law.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms when the tools, our contact details or legal requirements change. The effective date appears above. A new version applies to processing requests made after it takes effect; it does not change the terms of an earlier request. These Terms are provided in English.
